To assist officials with understanding the new appointments process we have compiled a Simple Document that outlines the steps to go through for each game you are appointed.
The key part to take note of is the importance of keeping us up to date with availability and closed dates.

Closed dates are days and times that referees are unavailable to officiate. These should be submitted by referees at least 4 weeks in advance to Dean.Carney@BedfordshireFA.com
After this time it is very likely that appointments will have been made and any referee coming forward as unavailable will be withdrawing from a game rather than closing a date. This will ultimately have a knock on effect of trying to find a replacement referee and potentially leaving two teams without a match official.
Full Time is used by all Leagues within the Central Appointment System and will be the primary source for all referee appointments made in Bedfordshire.
As part of this, all referees will receive an automated email from Full Time whenever they are appointed to a fixture or it is updated. If you are not receiving these emails please get in touch.
The system can also be used to search for fixtures you have been appointed to, both in advance and previously. Simply visit the relevant league’s Full Time page, listed below, select the “Refs” tab and then your name from the dropdown list.
County Cup appointments will also be made through the Central Appointments System and be advised through Full Time as with all other league matches.
A copy of up to date County Cup rules can be found here.
Listed below are leagues included within the Central Appointments System and you can also view their relevant Match Fees and Competition day.
