The charity had asked our staff whether they were capable of helping the cause by raising £1000 through a challenge of their choosing. Unfortunately for Josh and Ollie, Alan was keen to run a marathon for the cause.

Miraculously the boys crossed the finish line in blistering heat after 5 tough hours. Through generous donations from friends, family and the wider football community, they raised more than £1000. Recently Stewart Jeeves (FSM) completed a Tough Mudder, raising more money and taking the final total to £1440.

Today the organisation and staff were able to present their cheque to the charity whilst the Kids in Action adult club was in full swing. Fair to say that everyone enjoyed joining in the fun and games; meeting the amazing people that the Base (Woodside Industrial Estate, Dunstable) means so much to.
