The Arsenal Ladies Sister Clubs is a programme which works to support the growth of the girls' game by helping grassroots clubs to deliver football sessions that engage, challenge and develop young female players.

Bedford Ladies, a Charter Standard club based in Bedford, is one of the most successful ladies clubs in the county with teams from U9 to adult level as well as two Wildcat Centres.

The club is always looking for new players to join their teams but also offer support to students who seek work experience in coaching, physiotherapy and marketing.
