Talent ID CPD Event
Bedfordshire FA recently hosted a CPD event with the focus on talent identification, particularly how coaches can identify potential world class performers from an early age. The event was delivered to 22 coaches with different coaching backgrounds from grassroots club level to professional academies by the head of talent identification at The FA, David Court.
"It was a fantastic, inspiring session. As a grassroots coach it's great to listen to David's beliefs on how he feels spotting a talented player is not just all about their physique. There's a person in every player and maybe sometimes we are missing the talented ones just because they like to stand back a bit."
