Discipline Reporting

Reporting Online

Whether it's a yellow card, a sending off or other misconduct, all of reports can now be submitted online through the Whole Game System. This system allows match officials to submit reports electronically directly to Bedfordshire FA without the need for email or paper copies. Reports should continue to be submitted within two working days of the fixture.

Getting Started

A step-by-step video to reporting through the Whole Game System can be seen above. To access the Whole Game System, you will need to log in with your FA Number (FAN) and password. If you can't remember your FAN you can log in using your email address and can reset your password if required. Further guidance on the use of the Whole Game system can be found on The FA's guidance pages or by contacting Bedfordshire FA using the details below.

Writing a Report

Compiling an accurate and succinct report can be a challenge for referees of all levels of experience. To assist with this process, The FA have put together a practical guide to reporting misconduct. Alternatively, you can make contact with the Referees' Department using the details below for support when submitting discipline.

Personal Hearings

Some discipline cases may require referees to attend a personal hearing as a County FA witness. The Match Officials' Guide to Personal Hearings offers an overview of why a hearing takes place and what to expect on the day.
