Walking Football Bedford record 25,000th attendance
The Walking Football Bedford group awarded their 25,000th attendance after 12 years of sessions
Walking Football Bedford have been running sessions since October 2012. In that time the club/group have recorded the relevant attendances for each session and have a spreadsheet with a running total.
At the sessions held on Monday 4th March at Gordon Fields saw the attendance figure pass the 25000th individual attendance. Walking Football Bedford celebrated this milestone through a short presentation awarding Richard Jenkins who was the 25,000th individual attendee a bottle of Champagne and a Waitrose voucher.
The sessions on Monday saw 76 players attend, welcoming another two new players who hopefully enjoyed their first games with Walking Football Bedford.
