The Vets Cup competition for the 2023/24 season has seen 8 teams participate in the league. The format of the competition consisted of each team playing each other once, with the top 4 teams being sent through into knockout stage to win the Vets Cup. The 4 teams finishing at the bottom of the grouping went to the knockout stages to try and win the Vets Shield.

The season has been played in great spirit, with some very competitive and entertaining games. The Bedfordshire FA Vets Shield Final is to be played between Kempston Rovers Vets and Eaton Socon Vets. Eaton Socon won the Vets Shield in the previous season, they will be trying to hold on to the trophy.

The Vets Shield Final will be played on Monday 13th May 2024, from 7:30 pm at Creasey Park, Stadium, Dunstable.

The Bedfordshire FA Vets Cup Final is to be played between Warden Hill Vets (last season's winners) and Wootton Blue Cross Vets and is scheduled for Monday 20th May 2024, from 7:30 pm at Creasey Park Stadium, Dunstable.
