Bedfordshire FA are pleased to announce 4 new In Service Training events to offer continued development to all referees in Bedfordshire. The events are designed to offer training and support to all referees in Bedfordshire, regardless of level to improve enjoyment and performance on the matches they officiate.

The following IST events have been organised:

Thursday 28th February 2013
RA-FA Event

Ian Blanchard, National Game Referee Manager, is the guest speaker in an action packed evening that will be fun and informative. Food will be served from 6:30pm with the evening ending at 9:45pm. 

Monday 11^th March 2013
Level 5 In Service Training Event

This event is sure to open your mind and give you the training you have all been waiting for. A guaranteed action packed evening that you won’t want to miss!

Monday 25^th March 2013

Level 7+ 6 In Service Training Event

Sessions in this event will be aimed at the grassroots game and managing the game at this level. We will be looking for as many level 7 and 6 referees as possible to attend. This is your opportunity to benefit from some first class tutoring to improve your enjoyment on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon.

Wednesday 10^th April

Assistant Referee Training Seminar (for all levels)

The most talked about event that people want to see. Open to all levels of referee and all ages, regardless if you have done 10 cup finals or never been an assistant before. This will be a master class in assistant refereeing delivered by a Select Group (Premier League) Assistant Referee. We will focus on Flag Technique, Movement, Judging offside and of course, Assisting the referee.

All the seminars will take place at BedfordshireFA and will start at 7pm and end at 9:30pm (unless stated otherwise). All events will have a guest speaker on behalf of The FA or the Professional Game Match Officials.
