Calling all men! Do you want to lose weight? Do you love football? Why don't you join our fourth season of MAN v FAT Football in Luton and do both, with groups of likeminded men!

MAN v FAT Football is an exciting fun way to lose weight through playing football. It’s a fourteen-week league with teams of ten, playing thirty minute games each week. 

Points are won for amount of weight lost plus additional points are awarded for winning games! Are you ready to get bikini body ready? The games are roll on, roll off, so don’t worry if you’re not as fit as you used to be, if you’re losing pounds each week you will still be helping your team. 

MANvFAT are offering this in proud association with Luton Town Football Club, located at Lea Manor Recreation Centre, Northwell Drive, LU3 3TL from Monday 19th March, 7:30pm-9:30pm. Registration is on Monday 12th March, 7:30pm-9:30pm and must be attended to sign up for the league.

Over the course of the league there is continued support for all players with access to a MAN v FAT weight loss coach weekly and 24/7 online support. If you’d like to play with your mates (or against them) sign them up, because the only thing you’ll have to lose is weight. With 95% of players losing weight why wouldn't you want to join? 

One player who has achieved some great results in Luton is Dom Woollard, who has lost over 20 per cent of his bodyweight since joining the league.

On MANvFAT, Dom said: “You hear people saying their week evolves around coming to Lea Manor on a Monday and it gives everyone that extra little thought about what they are doing, and for me it has saved my life. 

“I lost three stone - almost 15 per cent of my bodyweight last season over the 12 weeks and by the end of it, it had changed my lifestyle because I have worked to make sure I am maximising it every week on the scales here.”
