Open Goals
In this particular drill, both players begin on the opposite side line to the coach. The ball is rolled into play and the two players enter the field. It is then up to each player to beat their opponent, scoring in either of the two goals available. This drill tests reactions, ball control and shooting accuracy. Keep posted for future instalments
