A judging panel selected by Bedfordshire FA, will visit all nominees week commencing 22nd February and decide on a first, second and third place, which will then be submitted to The FA.

The first placed club will then go forward to an independent judging panel where they will be measured against other first placed clubs from across the country. This will be led nationally from The FA with the judging likely to take place during April 2016.

Each participating club must nominate a groundsman who is a member of the club in order to be included in the competition. The judges will use their discretion to score the club groundsman based on their individual contribution and ambition to improve the pitch.

All completed nominations must be returned either via email to Charlie.Mann@BedfordshireFA.com or via post to Bedfordshire FA, Century House, Skimpot Road, Dunstable, LU54JU by Friday 19 February 2016 at the very latest.
