UEFA B Corner
The FA Level 3 (UEFA B) in Coaching Football will be constructed of 4 blocks of delivery, undertaken throughout a season.
The learner will be able to access 3 in-situ visits, conducted by their respective tutor which will take place between the blocks of learning. In addition to attending the course and receiving support in the workplace they will also complete an 18-game project linked to training, based around themselves and their players.
The project will then be presented at the end of course to enable completion of the qualification.
Learner enrolment includes a e-learning task: ‘A Coaching Journey’.
Coaches will be able to identify their:
- Individual timeline
- The qualifications gained
- Their coaching experiences
- The roles they have had within the game.
Learners will revisit their journey to support their action planning.

Continuing the themes of the England DNA, learners will gain insights into how their players work in their respective units & combine with colleagues in neighbouring units of the team to achieve offensive and defensive success.
Learners will be challenged to consider their behaviours, actions and reactions in both coaching and playing situations when supporting the development of problem solving and decision making players.
