United Counties League 1st Division side AFC Kempston Rovers and management team have laid down the foundations to compete strongly in the leagues for the forthcoming 2009/10 season.

The management Team of Raj Mandal, Dave Randall, Mark Brookes and John Guiney have put in place a good academy system from the under 18’s through to the senior teams setting clear progression routes for the players to ensure the success for both the club and their umbrella clubs AFC Kempston Town and AFC Kempston Colts.

With improvements implemented in the club’s facilities this year the ambitions of the club are to progress not only on and off the field but to reach out to the wider community and build on the club’s current FA Community Club status.
