Those involved officiate from Level 3 referees down to others in their early stages of a refereeing career. Appointments are made to Luton Town Centre of Excellence games from U16 down to U11 to aid the development of the younger officials within the centre of excellence.
Monthly Meetings (often with Guest Speakers) & Fitness sessions are also held to enhance the experience of being selected for the Centre of Excellence.
