This workshop has been designed to provide Level 1 Coaches with a taster of what is involved on the Level 2 course. It is a mixture of theory and practical, showing candidates an outline of the work that they will be doing.
Practical work will involve:
- Technique practices
- Opposed practices
- Small sided games
Introducing "The Coaching Formula" and Team Management.
Theory work covers:
- Level 2 tasks
- Preparing a coaching session
- Portfolio building
It is strongly recommended that Level 2 and potential Level 2 candidates complete this workshop before starting the Level 2 course.
